Hoosat Network operates in a fully decentralized manner. As such, the network does not have the ability to freeze or modify user accounts, reverse transactions, or offer user support for transaction errors or lost private keys. Users are solely responsible for the actions taken on the network.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hoosat Network, its developers, and contributors are not liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from:

• The use or misuse of the Hoosat Network, including issues related to blockchain transactions or wallet management.
• Technical failures, security breaches, or errors occurring within the blockchain network or associated smart contracts.
• Third-party services, including exchanges, wallet providers, or other platforms interacting with the Hoosat Network.

All transactions on the Hoosat Network are publicly recorded on the blockchain.
